Near downtown Leesburg, Virginia, nestled in a 68-acre nature sanctuary, Rust Manor House awaits your next event. Use the Manor’s parlor, foyer, dining room, library and surrounding gardens for your event or photography session. Close by is a fully equipped tent that can sit up to 200 guests with air conditioning during the summer months and heating during the cooler months. Between Rust Manor House, sprawling grounds, and tent this venue is the perfect choice for weddings, social events, business retreats, and more.

Along with Rust Manor House comes an experienced staff that can help you through the process of planning any event. Great Blue Heron, the in-house caterer, will work with you as well as provide exemplary food and service to your guests.

CURRENT STATUS:

Rust Manor House is open during normal office hours. Tours are by appointment only.

Rust Manor House is closed Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas and New Year's Days.*

*No events will be held on these days.

Great Blue Heron Catering wants to make your day everything it can be. We offer a wide variety of options for both our Black Tie and Picnic catering services. We also believe that creating the ideal menu goes much further than simply picking items from a list.

Rust Manor was exactly the type of wedding venue that we were hoping for. It was beautiful, the staff was lovely, and the day of the event was absolutely perfect. We are so thankful to have chosen Rust.



The home inside & out was beautiful. The bridal suite & the grooms suite were the perfect locations for both of our parties to get ready. Many of the rooms have recently been redone & are beautiful to be photographed in. We had our ceremony outside, facing the house and it provided the perfect backdrop. The cocktail hour was inside & outside the house and our reception was in the tent & it was perfect. Our guests complimented everything.

100% would recommend Rust Manor as a wedding venue. We were struggling between 2 great venues when deciding on one and we don't have a single regret after going with Rust Manor. Besides the beauty of the venue from inside and out, the staff there are so friendly and so easy to work with. They were super helpful with answering any questions we had and providing us vendor lists and other tips for the area.
